Protecting users’ rights and safety is a key Platform duty. We strive for a safe, harmonious, friendly community, prevent and combat personal-rights infringements, and strictly govern online violence via text, images, or video—including abuse, insults, defamation, malicious speculation, reputation attacks, privacy exposure, and doxxing.
The Platform prohibits using its services to commit, abet, or incite “online violence” against others, or to publish or spread content of online violence against others.

The Platform strictly forbids creating, publishing, or spreading content that displays, promotes, or glorifies infringement of others’ personal liberty, or that may cause or aggravate such infringement. Where conduct may constitute a crime, we will actively cooperate with authorities.
11. Dangerous behavior
Dangerous behavior usually means acts performed without professional skills or safeguards, or without adequate safety precautions, that may cause injury/death or property loss to the actor, others, or the public. The Platform highly values user privacy and personal information. Without the rights holder’s permission and without a lawful reasonable ground, users may not publish, expose, or solicit others’ personal information or privacy, including identity, financial, residential, medical, online/offline activity, and other information others do not wish known. Convenient reporting channels are available for privacy and personal-information infringements.

Other infringements of personal rights include but are not limited to:

We encourage users to create more positive, valuable works that enrich life. We firmly resist using Platform services to create, publish, or spread illegal content that infringes others—such as obscenity, pornography, violence, discrimination, or hate speech—or vulgar, bloody, horror, overly exaggerated, attention-seeking content that causes discomfort or negative physical/mental impact.
14. Pornographic and obscene content
The Platform prohibits publishing or spreading pornographic or obscene information, or directing traffic to such content. We hope to build a harmonious, civil community and encourage civilized, healthy creation. Bloody content for raising awareness of specific issues or for news reporting is allowed with appropriate masking. Creating, publishing, or spreading graphic violent content is prohibited.
18. Horror content
As a creative, sharing community, we strive for a healthy, friendly, positive atmosphere. Extreme horror easily causes strong sensory/mental stimulation, discomfort, and harm to minors’ well-being, and is not welcome. Creating, publishing, or spreading content with excessive horror imagery, subtitles, BGM, or sound effects that may cause strong stimulation leading to fear, anxiety, disgust, or nausea is prohibited.
19. Cruel and callous content

V. False information
False information usually means information fabricated without facts, or partial facts taken out of context, patched together, or deliberately exaggerated. The world changes quickly; yesterday’s "truth" may become today’s falsehood. The Platform works to curb rumors and guide users to authentic, authoritative information. We call on users not to create, believe, or spread rumors, to improve media literacy, and to join false-information governance. If you find possible false information, please report and help with fact-checking.

27. Improperly using minors for profit
Improperly using minors for profit mainly means acts that violate the Law on the Protection of Minors, Advertising Law, Labor Law, and similar laws, infringing minors’ rights or seeking economic gain through minors.

Such behavior usually means acts by minors that hinder healthy growth or even constitute crimes.
Creating, publishing, or spreading content that depicts, displays, or promotes minors participating in or committing acts harmful to their physical/mental health or seriously harmful to society is prohibited. Publishing content that organizes, abets, guides, coerces, induces, deceives, or helps minors engage in harmful behavior is also prohibited. If content may induce minors to imitate unsafe acts, break laws or social morals, develop negative emotions, or form bad habits, it must carry a prominent warning.
29. Other crimes targeting minors
Using Platform services to commit crimes targeting minors, or creating, publishing, or spreading related content, is strictly forbidden. Creating, publishing, or spreading content about crimes targeting minors is prohibited.
30. Other protections for minors
Besides the above prohibitions, when creating or publishing content that includes minors or may affect minors’ physical/mental health, you must: first, if the work includes minors, respect minors’ privacy and protect it; second, if it includes someone else’s minor children, obtain guardian consent first and ensure voluntary participation; third, do not have minors perform or act beyond their age/maturity in ways harmful to their health; fourth, if content may affect minors’ health, give a prominent warning. The Platform will also actively respond to requests from minors, parents, and other guardians to handle content harmful to minors’ health.

The Platform prohibits publishing or spreading the following content or using Platform services for improper marketing.
33. Malicious traffic diversion

The Platform prohibits deceiving or inducing other users to third-party platforms that may endanger personal rights or property safety.
The Platform prohibits creating, publishing, or spreading diversion information harmful to a healthy content ecosystem, such as third-party accounts or external links, QR codes, or other identifiable marks with third-party watermarks or logos.
