AI Feature Notice

Welcome to Linglong AI! Please carefully read and fully understand this Notice before using Linglong AI. Important terms that exclude or limit liability are highlighted in bold—please read them carefully.

Linglong AI is primarily intended for adults. If you are under 18, please carefully read and fully understand this Notice with a guardian, and use Linglong AI only with your guardian’s consent.

1. Intellectual Property

1.1 While using Linglong AI, you may submit text, images, audio/video, and other content (collectively, "Input Content"). Linglong AI generates images, audio/video, text, and other content in response (collectively, "Generated Content"). Specific types of Input Content and Generated Content depend on product features. You understand and undertake that Input Content and content you publish while using Linglong AI—including but not limited to text, images, video, audio, and any music, voice, dialogue, visual design, conversations, and other components therein—are original to you or lawfully licensed, and do not violate laws or regulations, infringe others’ lawful rights (including but not limited to copyright, patent, trademark, and other IP rights, as well as personality rights and personal information rights), or violate public order and good morals. To the extent permitted by law, intellectual property and other property rights (if any) in your Input Content, Generated Content, and published information belong to you or the lawful rights holder.

1.2 To continuously improve Linglong AI services, you understand and agree that for Input Content, Generated Content, and published information, you grant us a worldwide, royalty-free, non-exclusive, sublicensable right to use them to provide services under this Notice, optimize our products, services, and models, and ensure service security and stability. If you do not want us to use them for these purposes, contact us via the feedback page or email ai@linglongbiz.com.

2. Asset Processing

For technical reasons, we need to upload original assets you select or upload to our servers for processing. Some features analyze assets containing faces or voices. Please rest assured: such assets are used only to deliver generation effects for features such as "digital humans" and "portrait photos," and will not be used to identify specific individuals, verify identity, or for other purposes.

3. User Conduct

3.1 You acknowledge and undertake that while using Linglong AI you will respect privacy and ethics and protect data security, and must not input or share any unauthorized personal information, confidential information (including but not limited to trade secrets), or other unauthorized information; you will respect others’ rights, ensure your Input Content is lawful and owned by you or lawfully licensed, and must not input or share unauthorized content or infringe others’ copyright, patent, trademark, portrait, name, voice, reputation, honor, or other rights. You must not use Linglong AI to impersonate others or otherwise infringe rights, or use deep learning, VR, generative AI, or similar technologies to create, publish, or spread rumors or other illegal content.

3.2 When you create, publish, or spread non-authentic information generated with deep learning, VR, generative AI, or similar technologies, or other content that may confuse the public ("AI Content"), we may add labels as required by applicable laws and mandatory standards such as the Measures for the Labeling of AI-Generated and Synthetic Content. Please carefully read labeling requirements. You must not obscure, alter, or remove labels we add to AI Content. If you fail to add required explicit labels and cause public confusion, you bear the resulting consequences and liability.

4. Limitations and Disclaimers

4.1 Generative and deep-synthesis AI can bring benefits, but due to technical and ethical limits we are also concerned about misuse. By choosing to use Linglong AI, you fully understand and agree that:

(1) Given current scientific limits and the nature of AI, we cannot guarantee that Generated Content is true, accurate, reliable, or unique. Similar inputs may produce similar outputs. If inputs include reference images, outputs may resemble your uploaded or published content depending on the feature. Assess Generated Content objectively and carefully for your needs, and do not rely on it or use it as the sole basis for taking or avoiding any action. Before acting on Generated Content, consider consulting professionals—especially for health, medical, financial, investment, insurance, legal, or other high-impact matters.

(2) You should use generative and deep-synthesis AI scientifically, rationally, and lawfully, and must not violate this Notice or other Linglong AI agreements, community guidelines, activity rules, announcements, notices, or in-app messages ("Platform Rules"). Comply with applicable laws including the Data Security Law, Personal Information Protection Law, Cybersecurity Law, Interim Measures for Generative AI Services, Deep Synthesis Provisions, and AI Content Labeling Measures, and bear liability for your own illegal acts. Linglong AI makes no warranty regarding Generated Content. You must objectively and carefully judge and verify it; any consequences of judgments or actions based on Generated Content (including risks from assessing truthfulness, accuracy, reliability, uniqueness, or non-infringement) are yours alone.

(3) We take content safety seriously and will use reasonable measures to filter inappropriate or harmful model output so results better match expectations, but unexpected results may still occur. Please report such cases; we will keep improving based on your feedback.

4.2 Despite our efforts to keep services continuous and secure, given current technology we cannot guarantee flawless service or foresee all legal, technical, and other risks. Therefore, except where law expressly requires otherwise, we are not liable for any indirect, consequential, punitive, incidental, special, or criminal damages, including without limitation lost profits from using Linglong AI, or losses from using features or relying on Generated Content. Except where law expressly requires otherwise, our total liability to you for any reason shall not exceed the fees you paid us for using Linglong AI during the relevant period (if any).

5. Protection of Minors

We take minors’ personal information and privacy seriously. Please be careful when providing minors’ information and when using or publishing content that includes minors. You must obtain all lawful authorization and consent to use and display minors’ portraits, voices, and other information, and allow us to use and process such content under this Notice. If content infringes minors’ rights, we may process it upon notice from rights holders or to protect minors, and may notify you as appropriate.

6. Miscellaneous

6.1 This Notice supplements the "Linglong AI" Terms of Service and "Linglong AI" Privacy Policy, and forms an inseparable part of them. If this Notice conflicts with those documents, this Notice prevails for the conflicting terms; matters not covered here remain governed by the Terms of Service and Privacy Policy.

6.2 Model-generated content does not represent Linglong AI’s attitudes, views, or positions. Due to technical limits, content may be unreasonable, flawed, or otherwise imperfect.
