Script studio

Script to storyboard, keep character looks consistent across the film

Turn a script into a shoot-ready storyboard: split shots by scene, lock character looks, set shot size and camera, then jump into video in one click.

Five steps from script to picture

You can stop and review after every step. It is not a one-click black box.

  1. 01

    Import script

Upload Word, PDF, or TXT, or paste text. Existing storyboard tables can also be reverse-imported from CSV / PDF.

  2. 02

    Recognize structure

Deterministic rules split scenes and timecodes first. Only leftovers go to the model, which cuts waste and drift.

  3. 03

    Generate storyboard

Split shots by scene and inject appearance anchors for characters, locations, and props so names and looks stay consistent.

  4. 04

    Export asset list

Collect every character, location, and prop in first-appearance order, then import into Character Studio in one click.

  5. 05

    Hand off to video

Shots go straight to the Seedance storyboard page. Generate per shot or in batch, then merge and download the film.

How character consistency works

The most common AI storyboard failure is the same person changing face or clothes across shots. We inject a full set of consistency rules instead of leaving it to luck.

  • The same character, location, and prop keep the exact same name in every shot
  • Lock character appearance: gender, age range, hair, clothes, accessories, body, and face
  • Lock locations: space type, wall material and color, key set dressing, lighting, and signature elements
  • Ban phrases like “same as above” or “continues from last shot”, with lint checks
  • Same-location shots chain automatically: the previous tail frame becomes the next reference image
  • The asset library matches by name and tag variants in two passes and attaches existing references
